Raspberry cheesecake smoothie

Ingredients:


• 2 cups frozen raspberries

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1 cup low fat cottage cheese

• 1 avocado, chopped

• 2 ripe frozen bananas, peeled, chopped

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract




Instructions:


1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth.

2. Add the glasses to a freezer and chill before serving. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
