Jay Dodhia is a distinguished entrepreneur and investment professional with proven
expertise in business transformation, private equity real estate, and
mergers/acquisitions. As CEO and Co-founder of Serene Care (with Palvi Dodhia), an
award-winning care home group recognized for excellence in dementia care, Jay has
demonstrated exceptional ability in identifying and acquiring underperforming care
home assets, executing strategic turnarounds, and driving sustainable profitability

His cross-sector experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs (M&A, Financial
Institutions Group) and over a decade as a Fund Manager at First Property Asset
Management,. Jay is also a direct investor in UK residential and commercial properties,
with hands-on experience in development, refurbishment, and management.
A Cambridge University graduate with First Class Honours in Economics with
Management and a CFA charterholder.
