Protein Waffles


Cooking time: 15 minutes + chilling

Ingredients:


• 2 scoops of whey protein

• 1 banana, mashed

• 1 tablespoon almond milk, unsweetened

• 1 cup egg whites, beaten

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 cup fresh berries

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 4 tablespoons plain yogurt




Instructions:


1. Preheat your waffle maker and grease with cooking spray.

2. Mix banana and almond milk in a bowl. Slowly add protein, cinnamon and beaten egg whites, stir well to combine. Fold in berries.

3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker. Cook as per the instructions.

4. Serve with honey, berries, and yogurt.
