Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats

Cooking time: 5 minutes + chilling

Ingredients:

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 2/3 cup rolled oats

• 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 4 tablespoons raisins

• 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

• 4 teaspoons honey

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon





Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a container. Stir well until combined. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. 3. Serve cold, topped with fruits of your choice.
