Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:


• 12 eggs

• 1lb Italian sausage

• 1 tablespoon oil

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 1 cup spinach, frozen

• 1/2 cup heavy cream

• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• Salt, pepper, to taste



Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a casserole dish and grease it with cooking spray.

2. Preheat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until brown, breaking up the sausage into smaller pieces.

3. Add spinach and pepper to the skillet, cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish.

4. Mix eggs, cream, and 1 cup cheese in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

5. Pour the mixture to the casserole dish, top with the remaining cheese.

6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
