Avocado Toast With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients:
• 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
• 1 avocado
• 6 tomato slices
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
• 2 teaspoons green onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon capers
• Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Mash avocado with a fork and season with salt.
2. Spread the mashed avocado on top of each bread slices.
3. Top with tomato, spinach and salmon. Serve topped with capers and onions.
