The Reformer Strength Programme is a small-group strength training format using the reformer to build:

• Posture and stability
• Controlled full-body strength
 

Each session is limited to 4 participants, allowing for detailed coaching and progressive strength development.

40-minute coached reformer session

• Suitable for beginners and experienced trainees


You’ll experience the coaching style and training format before the 6-week programme begins.

Coached by Conner

Conner has been working in Pilates and movement coaching for over 20 years, helping people build strength, improve posture and move with greater control.

His approach combines traditional Pilates principles with strength-focused reformer training, creating sessions that develop core stability, full-body strength and long-term movement quality.

Each session is coached in a small-group format (maximum 4 people) to ensure detailed instruction and personal attention.
Sessions are designed to be challenging but controlled, focusing on precision and progression rather than fast-paced repetition.

Only 24 taster spaces available.
 

Once these sessions are filled, bookings will close and the 6-week groups will begin.
