Maya’s Journey:

Maya didn’t need a crash course in nutrition she already knew what was healthy and what wasn’t. But when it came to portion sizes, accountability, and staying consistent, that’s where things got tricky. With a sweet tooth and a busy life, she often found herself stuck in that space between “knowing what to do” and actually doing it.

What she did have was clarity on her goals. From the start, she knew exactly what she wanted to achieve. So we worked together to create a plan not just once, but over and over, adjusting and adapting as life threw curveballs her way.

And life definitely did. Obstacles popped up, stress tested her, and routines got shaken but Maya stayed the course. Her consistency with food and exercise has completely transformed. She’s not chasing perfection she’s showing up, day after day, even when it’s hard.

The best part? There isn’t a single goal she’s set that she hasn’t hit. Maya is proof that knowing what to do is just the beginning but having the support and structure to follow through? That’s where the magic happens.
