Kirsty’s Journey:
Kirsty’s progress wasn’t just physical it was deeply mental and emotional. From day one, she showed up with courage, even when it didn’t feel easy. Every session, she pushed through fear, doubt, and those mental barriers that once held her back. There wasn’t a single day where she didn’t test herself and grow from it.
One of her biggest challenges was gym intimidation. The environment, the equipment, the fear of being judged it all felt overwhelming at first. But little by little, she took up space, built confidence, and started owning her time in the gym.
When it came to food, Kirsty knew what areas needed work. Her challenge was consistency. She just needed some guidance, structure, and the right kind of motivation to stay on track. And once she had that? She absolutely ran with it.
Kirsty has come so far not just in what she can do, but in how she sees herself. Strong, capable, and in control. It’s been amazing to watch her turn fear into fuel.
