Jules was doing everything right or so she thought. She was consistent in the gym, smashing her classes, staying on top of her steps, and showing up to personal training with 100% effort every time.

But despite all the work she was putting in, the results just weren’t showing up.

The issue? Confusion around food.

Jules was eating what she believed were all the “right” things healthy meals, snacks, smoothies but her overall calorie intake was much higher than she realised. With so much conflicting advice out there, it’s no surprise she felt stuck.

She wasn’t lacking discipline. She was lacking clarity.

Once we cleared up the confusion around calories, portion sizes, and food balance, everything started to shift. Her effort finally aligned with her outcome and her body responded.
