The ' I hate exercising'
"Ella used to hate exercise like, truly hate it. Now she’s running marathons and actually enjoying it. The shift? Not what you'd expect."
Ella’s Journey:
Ella used to truly hate exercise. Not just dislike it hate it. The idea of working out felt overwhelming, uncomfortable, and totally disconnected from her reality. Running? That was a hard no. The gym? Not a chance.
She wasn’t lazy she just hadn’t found a way to move that actually felt good. Add in years of starting and stopping, a rocky relationship with food, and the pressure to “get it right,” and it’s no wonder she felt stuck.
But the shift didn’t come from going harder. It came from going gentler.
We started simple. A short walk. A mindset shift. A few consistent habits. It wasn’t about chasing a certain weight or punishing her body it was about reconnecting to it. Slowly, she built trust with herself, and movement became something she chose, not something she feared.
Fast forward, and Ella’s completed multiple marathons something she never imagined she’d even attempt, let alone enjoy. She didn’t just become a runner. She became someone who loves the process, not just the result.
