The '“Put Everyone Else First”-er'
"Kirsty used to fear the gym and second-guess everything. Now she walks in with confidence and there’s not a mental barrier she hasn’t crushed."
Charlie’s Journey:
Charlie, she was exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally. A mum of two boys, she poured everything into her family and left nothing for herself. Time felt non-existent, discipline felt impossible, and little by little, she lost confidence… and somewhere along the way, she lost herself too.
She didn’t realise how far things had slipped until one day, it just hit her. The low energy, the clothes that didn’t fit, the frustration, the feeling of being invisible in her own life it was all too much. She knew something had to change.
But what stood out about Charlie wasn’t just the decision to start it was the courage to keep going, even when things were messy. We didn’t chase perfection. We built small, sustainable habits that fit into her life school runs, late nights, chaos and all.
She started showing up for herself in the tiniest ways five minutes of movement, a better breakfast, a mindset shift and those tiny wins added up. Slowly, her confidence returned. She started to feel like herself again.
Now? Charlie moves with purpose, eats with intention, and holds herself with a strength that’s hard to miss. She didn’t just lose weight she found herself again.
